Dear Concerned American,

With overwhelming majorities in both houses of the legislature, Indiana is poised to pass a Right to Work bill to end forced union dues in that state.

But Governor Daniels has been conspiring with the Speaker of the Indiana House to block any vote on the bill.

If Mitch Daniels would attempt to appease Indiana’s union bosses by working to kill Right to Work as Governor, what will he do if nominated and elected President?

The good news is, with Republican majorities of 60 to 40 in the State House and 37 to 13 in the State Senate, the bill will pass if allowed to come to a vote.  It’s urgent we turn Governor Daniels around.

So please sign the petition below so that it can be faxed to Governor Daniels IMMEDIATELY.

Sincerely,
Mark Mix

A Citizen's Petition to:
Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels

Whereas:   I am outraged that as a potential Republican candidate for President, you have already begun to appease Big Labor by conspiring with the Republican Speaker of the Indiana House against passage of the Indiana Right to Work Bill; and
Whereas:   Currently in Indiana, union bosses rake in more than $127 MILLION in forced union dues which they use to bankroll the campaigns of tax-and-spend politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid; and
Whereas:   An Indiana Right to Work law would end forced union dues in Indiana and be a huge boost to opponents of forced unionism nationwide;
Therefore: As a Republican Primary/Caucus voter, I guarantee you will go nowhere in your quest for the Presidency by selling out to the union bosses on the forced-unionism issue and urge you to use your power as Governor to pass Right to Work in Indiana at once.
By submitting the information below, you authorize the National Right to Work Committee to fax your petition to the office of Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels.
