Whereas:   Big Labor has been scheming to use the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to bypass Congress and impose forced unionism on millions more American workers; and

Whereas:   President Obama’s National Labor Relations Board General Counsel nominee, Lafe Solomon, could be the KEY to imposing Big Labor’s entire agenda -- including Card Check Forced Unionism -- on the American people without so much as a Congressional vote; and

Whereas:   Under “Card Check,” union militants would know which workers have signed cards and which haven’t, so independent-minded workers are lied to, intimidated -- and worse -- into signing themselves and all their fellow non-union employees over to union boss control; and

Whereas:   “Card Check” would force millions more workers and hundreds of thousands of small businesses under union boss control, strangling our economy with a union-label ball and chain; and

Whereas:   As a U.S. Senator, you have the power to stop the NLRB’s forced-unionism schemes by opposing Lafe Solomon’s confirmation;

Therefore: I urge you to vote to defeat Lafe Solomon’s nomination to NLRB General Counsel at every opportunity.
